1. Retouching Practice Licence

Allows for:

  • Download and retouch the image

  • Use it for personal retouching practice

  • Keep the retouched image in their personal archive

  • Share the retouched image privately with you for feedback

Prohibited from:

  • Post the retouched image publicly

  • Use it in their portfolio

  • Use it on Instagram/social media

  • Use it for a client

  • Use it commercially

  • Sell or redistribute the image

  • Share the original/high-resolution file

2. Portfolio & Social Licence

Allows for:

  • Retouch the image

  • Display the finished retouch in their professional portfolio

  • Post it on Instagram, Behance, website etc.

  • Use it as a before/after example

  • Use it for self-promotion

  • Tag/credit you and the model where appropriate

Prohibited from:

  • Use the image for a paying client

  • Use it in a commercial advertising campaign

  • Sell the image

  • License the image to somebody else

  • Transfer the licence to another person

  • Distribute the original/high-resolution file

3. Commercial Licence

Allows for:

  • Retouch the image

  • Use the finished image for a client's project

  • Include it in commercial presentations

  • Use it in commercial advertising/marketing, subject to the licence

  • Use it in their professional portfolio

  • Use it on social media to promote their work

Prohibited from:

  • Resell your original image

  • Sell the image as stock photography

  • Transfer the original file

  • Sub-license the underlying photograph

  • Claim copyright ownership of the original photograph
